How can I register my child?

Registrations for the 2025-2026 school year

Registration is possible on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM or after the Christmas holidays by appointment .

You can also sign up for our interest list . If there's still a place available in your chosen program, we'll contact you to schedule an appointment .
Appointments can be made between 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM .


Registrations for the 2026-2027 school year

How does the registration and enrollment for 1A or 1B proceed?

You can register your child between March 31, 2026 from 9:30 AM and April 24, 2026 until 5 PM via the website

You will receive an email and a message in your account on the website on May 13, 2026, stating whether you can register your child.

We will contact you and make an appointment to register your child.

Registration is open between May 20 and June 16, 2026.

If there are still places available in the first year, you can also register freely from 9 a.m. on March 20, 2026 .

Registration for the next school year opens on April 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM . Please complete our interest form.

How do I order study books?

You can order your textbooks through www.studieshop.be (before July 15th). They will be delivered to your home.

Please be sure to arrange this in a timely manner so that your child can start the new school year with books for each subject.

What does the daily schedule look like?

Can my child have lunch at home?

Our 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students stay at school for lunch.

Students in their 4th, 5th, and 6th grades have the option of eating at home, with parental permission. They are also welcome to stay at school for lunch.

Are students allowed to use their cell phones?

Important appointment from September 1, 2025: no cell phones at school

The law will change on September 1, 2025. Students throughout Flanders will no longer be allowed to use their mobile phones or smart devices during the school day.

What does this mean for our school?

The mobile phone ban applies to all pupils , including those in the third grade.

New school agreements from September 2025

  • When you arrive at school, you must turn off your cell phone and put it in your school bag.

  • If you use your mobile phone or take it out of your school bag, the teacher will confiscate your mobile phone .

  • You will only get your mobile phone back at the end of the school day at reception or from the principal.

  • If this happens again, you will have a discussion with the management and your parents.

Exception

You may only use your mobile phone during class, and only if the teacher requests it for an assignment. Outside of class, use remains prohibited , including:

  • on the playground

  • in the corridors

  • in the refectory (poly)

  • in the flex space

Responsibility

  • You remain responsible for your mobile phone.

  • Since its use is not allowed anyway, it is best not to bring a cell phone to school .

  • If your mobile phone is confiscated, the school is not responsible for damage or loss .


What clothes is my child allowed (and not allowed) to wear at school?

Agreements about clothing and headgear at school

Our school wants all students to be treated equally , regardless of their gender, religion, or political views. Therefore:

  • No one is allowed to wear headgear at school during lessons or activities related to lessons. This applies to all types of headgear , such as caps, hats, headscarves, etc.

  • This rule also applies when going to and from the sports hall for physical education lessons.

What do we expect from your clothing?

Your clothing should be appropriate for the school . What you wear at school is different from casual wear. Therefore, the following rules apply:

  • No tops that show your belly

  • No clothes with a neckline that is too deep

  • No flip-flops or sandals without a strap on the heel

  • No beachwear

  • No sweatpants

Where can I find sick notes or absence notes?

Below you will find four absence notes . These notes may only be used to justify an absence due to illness; no medical certificate is required.

They may only be used for an absence of a maximum of 3 consecutive calendar days.

Absences must be justified within 3 days of the absence .
